Plate Heath Exchangers & Coolers

Those thermogram’s illustrate the scale and deposit in Heat Exchanger’s effecting
the efficiency and function of the exchanger.

Separator Solids Level - Interface

IR Vision determine the level of solids in all type of vessels provided that there is no lagging on the vessel. Modifications can easily be made to accommodate for a survey by cutting out a strip approx. 35 cm. wide from the lagging 90° up the side of the vessel from the bottom.

Exchanger working well with even temperature.
Unlagged vessels can readily be inspected.

Any scale on the vessel skin will be detected

The different interfaces between fluid and gas is also detected.
Trending of any increase in the solids level may be presented in any type of graph.

Produced Water Lines

Produced Water equipment run a high risk of Scale fall out. The build up often happen very quickly and will create a problem for the production rate if the lines are unable to handle the amount of water present in the production.

As water injection become more and more used the rate of produced water increase
sharply and the produced water lines have a more critical role in the system.

Some of the largest Scale build up have been found in produced water systems and it is also here where a more frequent reoccurrence take place.

MIC Inspections (Bio Film)

A new inspection method developed through a major oil company.

Detecting Bio Film which deteriorate the carbon steel at sometimes an alarming rate of speed. When the problem was identified in the oil lines, we conducted a survey through the whole system identifying from very small levels of MIC up to the larger levels. This inspection is extremely hard to conduct and require a very good knowledge of the system inspected as well as a long experience within petrochemical process inspections. We are here working on the limit of what is possible to achieve, and within very small temp. differences.
